300x700 1+1 Economical Betopan Living Container – Including WC and Kitchen

The 300x700 1+1 economical fiber cement container is specially designed for those who want to create a comfortable and long-lasting living space on an affordable budget. This model, with a usable area of 21 m², consists of a living room + kitchen area, a separate bedroom, and a WC.

8 mm thick fiber cement boards are used for the interior, exterior, and ceiling coverings. This provides a durable, impact-resistant, and long-lasting structure. The walls use 4 cm thick 50 DNS rock wool, and the roof insulation uses 4 cm thick 50 DNS glass wool. The frame system is made of 2 mm thick, anti-corrosion painted DKP sheet metal.

Laminate flooring has been used for the ground floors. PVC vinyl flooring is applied in wet areas. Electrical and water installations are pre-installed.

The windows have PVC frames, 4 mm single glazing, and measure 120x180 cm. Thanks to their wide window structure, they create a spacious and bright atmosphere inside.
