3x8 24 m² Bungalow Country House – 1+1 Container House with Wooden Pergola Facad

This 3x8, 24 m² bungalow country house offers a blend of aesthetics and functionality with its modern architecture and natural wood pergola covering. With a usable area of 24 m², this model is preferred as a country house, summer house, or hobby house. Its 1+1 interior layout creates a compact yet comfortable living space. A kitchen and WC area are included.

The building's load-bearing system consists of a 2 mm thick, anti-corrosion painted DKP sheet metal frame. 4 cm of 50 DNS rock wool insulation is used in the walls, and 4 cm of 50 DNS glass wool insulation is used in the roof section. This ensures a cool living space in summer and a warm one in winter.

The exterior facade features 8 mm fiber cement board with a wooden pergola covering. This system, offering a blend of modern and natural aesthetics, is both durable and long-lasting. The roof covering is made of sandwich panels, providing high levels of waterproofing and thermal performance.

The doors and windows feature anthracite grey aluminum frames and 8 mm smoked glass. Thanks to the wide sliding glass system, the interior receives maximum natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere.

The floor covering consists of 14 mm fiber cement board with laminate parquet. Electrical and water installations are delivered ready according to the project.
