Tiny House Model 2 is a portable and comfortable living space designed with a 1+1 layout and a usable area of 22.5 m². Tiny House Model 2 is an ideal solution for those who embrace minimalist living, want to take weekend getaways, and dream of a free life surrounded by nature.

With a total usable area of 22.5 m² , the property includes a 10.5 m² living room , a 6 m² bedroom , and a 2 m² bathroom . The spaces are planned to maximize efficiency, combining comfort and functionality.

The building's exterior features a combination of decorative wood cladding and interlocking aluminum sheeting, creating both a modern and natural look. The interior wood paneling creates a warm and inviting living atmosphere.

High thermal and acoustic insulation is achieved year-round by using 50 DNS rock wool insulation in the walls and 50 DNS glass wool insulation in the roof. The roof system is constructed with trapezoidal sheet metal, and rainwater drainage is routed through the frame, providing an aesthetically pleasing and long-lasting solution.

In living areas, laminate parquet has been installed on 14 mm Betopan flooring , while 60x60 cm tiles have been used in wet areas. Wood-look PVC windows, with standard 8 mm glass, offer both aesthetics and durability.
