Steel Bungalow House – Durable Structure with Modern Gable Roof

Designed with a modern architectural approach, this steel bungalow house , with its harmonious blend of nature and long-lasting structure, is an ideal solution for hobby houses, weekend homes, and private living spaces. This structure, specifically designed by our architects to suit the terrain, is constructed with a steel frame system that has undergone static calculations.

All materials used in production are first-class, TSE certified , and the exterior facade is finished with Boardex cladding over which grouted mineral plaster is applied. Knauf IPB037 insulation is used for wall insulation, aiming for year-round comfort. Knauf Flexi gypsum board is used for the interior, and moisture-resistant Knauf green gypsum board is used in wet areas.

The gable roof system, completed with OSB, waterproofing membrane, and metal tile cladding, offers both an aesthetically pleasing and durable roofing solution. The electrical installation is provided with Viko brand junction boxes, and the plumbing infrastructure is delivered ready for use. PVC window systems, steel door, melamine interior doors, and sanitary ware are included in the project.
