400x1000 1+1 Living Container – Office and Living Space Container Model

The 400x1000 1+1 living container , manufactured by Öz Çelik Konteyner ve Prefabrik, is designed to offer both a comfortable living space and a modern office solution. With dimensions of 4 meters width, 10 meters length, and 2.70 meters height, this model provides a spacious and airy living environment thanks to its large interior volume.

This 1+1 layout living container model features a functional interior layout with a kitchen area located within the living room, a separate bedroom, and a WC. It is an ideal solution for both individual living space and office use.

The wall thickness is 6 cm, and thanks to 4 cm of 50 DNS rock wool insulation, heat and sound insulation is at a high level. The frame system is made of 2 mm thick anti-corrosion painted DKP sheet metal. 4 cm of 50 DNS glass wool is used in the roof insulation, providing comfort in all four seasons.

The flooring consists of 14 mm fiber cement board covered with laminate parquet, and tile cladding has been applied in wet areas. The electrical and water installations are fully ready upon delivery.

The window and door systems utilize 8 mm thick smoked single-glazed glass with aluminum frames in RAL 7016 color code. The wide sliding glass door detail allows maximum natural light into the interior, creating a modern facade appearance.
